Scenography
Part of the Paris Rive Gauche development, the DUO Towers are a commercial project designed to revitalize a particularly constrained site located between the ring road, the railroad tracks, and the Austerlitz station district. It is in this demanding context that the DUO 1 Tower houses a 280-seat auditorium. Our tasks included project management for the scenographic equipment and consulting with the architect on the design of the auditorium and the stage and adjoining areas. The philosophy behind the proposal is based on the openness and scalability of the technical and audiovisual systems, in order to keep pace with current and future technological innovations. We therefore proposed different scenarios for the use of the auditorium and foyer, verified the connection requirements with the GTB/GTC equipment in the other areas of the towers, and carried out an analysis of the use of the spaces concerned. The project also includes dynamic signage and a common content management system, including information screens, projections, rear projection, touch tables, and artistic LED walls. This intervention ensures an open and scalable scenographic system, capable of supporting the future uses and innovations of the DUO 1 Tower.
