The new exhibition and convention hall at the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre is a multifunctional, modular space designed to host various configurations, whether for professional or public trade shows, congresses, or corporate events. The main hall is a large, pillar-free space measuring 70 m x 110 m, divisible into three sections using a system of high acoustic movable partitions. The metal framework of the hall, based on a 3 m x 3 m grid, allows for the attachment of scenographic systems for shows, exhibitions, and events. A system of 12 movable telescopic stands enables various seating configurations, accommodating up to 3 000 seated attendees. For congresses, the capacity can be extended to 6 000 seats by adding chairs to the floor. The building is equipped with dedicated optical fibre and Ethernet networks for audiovisual needs. Power distribution for stage equipment allows service providers to accommodate events. The networks extend to the 12 meeting rooms, which can hold 100 to 400 people, ensuring simultaneous operation of all congress spaces.
