Site Tour Eiffel OnE

The OnE project is a redevelopment of the Parisian heritage axis stretching from the Trocadéro to the Champ de Mars: this iconic urban route is being transformed into a vast landscaped promenade, capable of hosting festive activities. Our ambition is to temporarily transform the Place du Trocadéro, the Warsaw Fountain, the Place Iéna, the Parvis de la Tour Eiffel, and part of the Champ de Mars gardens into “event spaces” that can be activated according to the project owner’s needs. The configurations are diverse, ranging from small, intimate events to major gatherings. Our work combines traffic flow, footprint and safety zones, controls, access, routes, visitor and local resident experiences, spatial configurations, gauges, public and technical spaces, stage infrastructure, electrical power, heritage protection, and more. This expertise in event practices has served as preparatory support for the 2024 Olympic Games and future cultural events at the sites. At the same time, we have also revamped the waiting areas and routes for visitors to the Eiffel Tower, the ergonomics of workstations, and dynamic signage.
