Scenography
The spectator experience begins under the canopy of the forecourt. Clad in mirrored metal, it reflects the silhouettes of each visitor. Before or after the game, two irrigated platforms offer welcoming spaces with a varied selection of food, entertainment, screenings, and more. The new, fully modernized hall combines the historic spirit of Sportica with a renewed image. The brick gables remain visible, as a familiar reminder of the club’s epic history. The interior has been transformed. The cauldron effect is amplified by the layout of new stands and balconies forming a crown around the field. Carefully designed visibility guarantees a unique experience. The old wooden framework was remarkable, and the new one is harmoniously spectacular. It spans a large area, showcasing the wood. It provides a network of scenic walkways and allows for the installation of the equipment necessary for the sporting spectacle that modern basketball now embodies. A 70 m² video cube offers a 360° view to all spectators. Sound and light fixtures allow for the staging of matches as well as occasional events.
