Scenography

The Cultural Center houses a performance hall, three movie theaters, and a music school in a community center. Shared spaces encourage interaction, while dedicated areas support their respective missions, aiming for overall cultural synergy. The auditorium offers seating, standing, or mixed configurations for up to 500 people. Coming from the lobby, spectators discover an immersive space with a “multifaceted” bar, a single-level floor, and a telescopic grandstand, a true “gauge slider.” An overhanging mezzanine facilitates the reception of people with reduced mobility or the installation of a control room. The wood paneling on the walls and ceilings contributes to the acoustics and warm atmosphere of this room. A lighting walkway, a faux-gril, and a trapdoor floor add to the flexibility of the stage design. The cinema complex is accessible via a covered gallery and has a separate entrance leading to a welcoming lobby. The three cinemas are accessible via level airlocks, ensuring accessibility for people with reduced mobility. The auditoriums are designed in accordance with technical standards for optimal visibility and a high-quality experience. The tiers are equipped with comfortable seats for a capacity of 88, 113, and 170 people. The project includes the latest stage infrastructure, leaving the choice of equipment up to the future operator.
