Scenography

This project is the creation of a unique experience, with a custom-built mobile theater, around an exceptional show! 1,000 spectators, seated in a mobile theater moving along a 350 m-long esplanade, immersed in 920m² of projection surface and 80 sound diffusion points.
It’s almost like a real theater, with homogeneous visibility and places for people with reduced mobility, a stage and backstage area, a grill and lighting towers, control rooms… And all the openings needed for the actors and props to follow the movement, with doors in the distance that open to free up a 20 m wide, 10 m high stage frame, allowing the numerous historical tableaux to be crossed to and from the esplanade, installed on 48 motorized, 10 m high scenery carts. The optimization of space and budget means that no doors are closed to a script and staging that are still being written. The scenic concepts are defined on the basis of a show that must be able to repeat itself identically, 6 times a day, 6 to 7 days a week, with mobile elements, a hundred or so actors and at the mercy of the climate. The elements were therefore organized around a fixed, solid infrastructure, with the basic equipment required to meet the show’s expectations.
