Scenography
To secure the use of their stage flying system, the Theatre des Celestins has been relying on our expertise to upgrade and improve safety of the flying control system. As the main technical tool to lift equipment and move scenery, the flying system is at the core of the process of show creation and performances. It has to be reliable, safe and flexible.After a precise investigation phase and following extensive exchange with the theatre technical team, we have specified a new control system with modern functions adapted to a 21st century theatrical space. The mechanical part also had to be adapted to meet the latest safety requirements of European standards for stage technologies.The new system is now up and running, allowing precise control and synchronisation of more than 80 axis with a high level of reliability and safety. The upgrade has also improved the daily maintenance process and the desk and software ergonomics.
