Artissima, C2C and the Turin Art Week 2023

As every year, the first week of November Turin hosted the Turin Art Week.

As every year, the first week of November Turin hosted the Turin Art Week, a series of events dedicated to contemporary art that take place throughout the city, transforming it into a diffuse museum with the participation of many cultural institutions.

The main event is Artissima at the Oval Lingotto Fiere, the first Italian contemporary art fair, which celebrated its 30th edition this year, followed by Flashback, The Others and Paratissima, three independent contemporary art fairs dedicated to emerging creatives, Apart Far, an art and antiques fair, Exposed, an international photography festival and others.

On this occasion, museums such as Castello di Rivoli, Gallerie d’Italia, the Pinacoteca Agnelli, Camera, art foundations like Merz and Sandretto Rebaudengo, associations, private galleries and independent spaces like Franco Noero, Mucho Mas!, Recontemporary also organised exhibitions, thematic meetings, conferences, installations and parallel projects. The participants of this edition are united here.

If these events animate the city during the day, Turin nightlife lights up the same days with the C2C Festival, one of the most popular pre-pop and electronic music festivals in Europe.
